Read the following carefully prior to placing your order:

  • We recommend placing your order as early as possible for specific varieties needed. Please be mindful that certain items are limited or may be seasonally unavailable, so prepare your clients that they have flexibility with substitutions in mind. We are always happy to suggest alternatives to achieve a similar look.

  • This order form is a commitment to purchase your requested products.

  • Estimates are available by request.

  • Color palette, substitutions, and images are optional to share more information on what you are looking for, but are not required fields.

  • For each item needed, click the + button to compile your full list of products needed on your order.  You will not need to fill out the contact information more than once.  Please ensure your email address is entered correctly, as that is where we will follow up with order information.

  • Upon submitting your future order form, you will receive an automated email confirming your order was submitted.

  • Market staff will then review your order (typically within the next business day) and will email you to ask any additional information we may need, and notify you of any seasonality issues we anticipate for your requests.  After that, we will contact you the week before your event in the case of any sourcing issues and suggest substitutions as needed.
